same issue: lost password after I tried windows 10 then reverted back to 7 pro. My question is with regard to clearing the log in Administrative Events found in the Control Panel under AdministrativeTools/Event Viewer of Windows 7. The message, according to the other techs, is not a standard error message and that it was created by the virus.
