For once I told the guy he did a good job, had to go through 5 people to getting a person you can understand.

I have Zone Labs' ZoneAlarm firewall installed, and it's reporting a problem with Microsoft Application Error Reporting. It issues error code 80246002. Windows Update Dns Error This I did. Updating the Bios worked for me. Windows needs to do a better job in the USA for tech support. Often touted as the last version of Windows, it is now a constantly evolving Windows as a Service solution.
