If TS Licensing is no longer installed on the computer, ensure that the license server is not manually specified and/or is no longer published in Active Directory Domain Services. Does it by default activate the CALs or it just stops working? weblink TS CALs are installed onto a license server by using the TS Licensing Manager tool.
