I found that for AnyConnect client registry is located at \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\vpnva. When you disconnect from a VPN it will revert back to a disabled state. Just wanted to share that in case someone else is still searching for a fix. You may also want to try doing a full uninstall of the Cisco VPN Client software, reboot, and then a reinstall. restarted VPN network adapterafter each of these I have rebooted the computer and it still does not fix the error.I also have made sure that the cvpnd.exe, VAInst64.exe, vpngui.exe are all However it is not working any more. Looks like when I moved my blog to new hosting it messed up the registry key quote by removing all the backslashes.
